Transformation & Solutions Lead

About the role

The Transformation & Solutions Lead partners with clients to boost performance through automation, AI, technology integration and process redesign. Acting as both strategic advisor and hands‑on delivery leader, the role translates business objectives into measurable, sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships, lead discovery conversations and quantify value across growth, efficiency, customer experience and risk management.
• Co‑create and validate solutions, design prototypes, pilots and minimum viable products, and decide on build, configure, integrate, acquire or partner approaches.
• Lead end‑to‑end initiatives from discovery through implementation, adoption and results measurement, ensuring clear owners, milestones and governance.
• Capture patterns across engagements to develop reusable assets, accelerators and frameworks that support commercial growth.
• Lead and develop DevOps and Forward Deployed Engineering resources, monitor capacity, quality and technical debt, and ensure solutions are stable, observable and secure.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in transformation consulting, product management, technology solutions, automation, AI or process improvement.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients, uncover needs, structure opportunities and present recommendations to executive and operational audiences.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams from problem definition through implementation, adoption and outcome measurement.
• Strong consultative communication skills and ability to develop business cases, prioritize portfolios and manage roadmaps.
