Workday Finance Analyst and Senior Analyst Opportunities

About the role

RSM is building a pipeline of Finance Technology talent to support its global Finance organization. The posting targets candidates for multiple Workday‑focused positions that may be located in India, the United States, Canada, or El Salvador.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for Finance applications, including Workday Finance and Workday Security modules.
• Design, configure, and maintain security roles, permissions, and related controls within Workday.
• Support process standardisation, Workday best practices, enhancements, testing and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Foundational finance knowledge with exposure to Workday (preferred) and 1‑5 years of relevant experience, depending on the specific role.
• Strong analytical ability to assess system data, configurations, workflows and process gaps.

Required skills

• Workday Finance and/or Workday Security module experience.
• Understanding of Workday configuration, system design and related business processes.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, data mapping and solution support.
• Knowledge of finance processes such as accounting, procure‑to‑pay, order‑to‑cash.
