Workday Finance Analyst & Senior Analyst Opportunities

About the role

RSM’s global Finance organization is building a pipeline of talent with Workday and finance expertise for its Finance Technology team. The posting targets multiple positions that may be located in India, the United States, Canada, or El Salvador, depending on business needs and candidate qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for finance applications as part of the Finance Service Desk.
• Support and optimize Workday security for Finance, including design, configuration, and maintenance of security roles and permissions.
• Collaborate with a team of analysts to standardize processes and promote Workday best practices within the Finance Technology function.

Required profile

• Foundational finance knowledge with exposure to Workday (preferred).
• 1‑4 years of relevant experience depending on the specific role.
• Workday certifications strongly preferred; business analysis certification (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Workday Finance and/or Workday Security modules.
• Understanding of finance processes such as accounting, procure‑to‑pay, and order‑to‑cash.
• Ability to analyze system data, configurations, workflows, and identify process gaps.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, data mapping, and solution support.
