Workday Finance Analysts & Senior Analysts

About the role

RSM’s global Finance organization is expanding its Finance Technology team and is looking for talent across several Workday‑focused positions. Opportunities include Finance Service Desk Analyst, Workday Security Analyst, and Workday Functional Senior Analyst. Candidates may be placed in India, the United States, Canada, or El Salvador based on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑level support for Finance applications and assist users with Workday Finance modules.
• Design, configure, and maintain Workday security roles, permissions, and related controls.
• Support process standardisation, best‑practice implementation, and continuous improvement of Workday Finance solutions.
• Participate in enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and documentation of Workday changes.
• Analyse system data, configurations, and workflows to identify gaps and recommend solutions.

Required profile

• Finance Service Desk Analyst: 1‑3 years of relevant experience, foundational finance knowledge, Workday exposure preferred.
• Workday Security Analyst: 2‑4 years of Workday or Workday security experience; certifications strongly preferred.
• Workday Functional Senior Analyst: 5+ years of Workday Finance experience; certifications strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, document processes, and support governance, risk, and compliance activities.
