Account Executive — U.S. Small Business (Web, SEO & AI)

About the role

We are a group of companies delivering websites, SEO, Google Business management and AI phone receptionists to U.S. small businesses. Based in San Salvador, you will sell these solutions over the phone to American business owners in English.

Key responsibilities

• Contact U.S. small‑business owners using warm leads generated from personalized postcards.
• Close the initial website sale and upsell recurring services such as SEO, Google Business management, AI phone receptionist and CRM solutions.
• Own each account after the sale, ensuring ongoing revenue through residual commissions.
• Handle objections, especially from prospects who have worked with multiple agencies.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM; if it isn’t logged, it didn’t happen.
• Provide feedback from calls to help refine pricing, marketing materials and product features.

Required profile

• Near‑native English proficiency; callers should sound like they are based in the U.S.
• At least 2 years of experience selling B2B services to U.S. clients over the phone.
• Strong closing mindset and self‑driven follow‑up without reminders.
• Comfortable being measured on numbers you can directly influence.
