Account Manager I – ELS

About the role

Blackhawk Network is seeking an Account Manager I to support its Alliance retail clients and help drive omnichannel sales initiatives. You will work closely with Strategic Relationship Managers and cross‑functional teams to deliver gift‑card, telecom and prepaid‑card programs for tier‑3 partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage tier‑3 accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for partners.
• Oversee all operational activities, including product setup, testing, resets, merchandising and internal account maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve partner concerns and implement solutions.
• Pull and analyse data to support client meetings and presentations.
• Update internal systems throughout onboarding and new‑business processes.
• Coordinate procurement, distribution and fulfillment of promotional programs for alliance stores.
• Learn new product lines and maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of branded payment solutions.
• Travel up to 10% of the time for on‑site meetings.

Required profile

• Experience in relationship management and building client trust.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities, time‑management and multitasking.
• Proactive decision‑making and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Presentation, project‑management and logistics expertise, delivering programs on time and within budget.
