Account Manager & Performance Coach

About the role

Edge Operations Manager is looking for a proactive Account Manager & Performance Coach to serve as the main liaison between our remote virtual operators, clients in the roofing, restoration and construction sectors, and our internal team. This full‑time, LATAM‑based position works on U.S. Eastern Time and combines client relationship management with growth‑focused sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions for new clients, establishing expectations, workflows and communication norms.
• Onboard virtual operators and Operations Managers, ensuring they understand client tools and processes.
• Conduct regular 1:1 check‑ins with clients to review operator performance, address concerns and reinforce best practices.
• Identify performance or fit issues early, create improvement plans and coordinate technical training.
• Track PTO, approve overtime and handle billing inquiries, including invoice follow‑up.
• Close every client check‑in with two asks: an expansion offer (additional seat, estimator/claim‑support, or Operations Manager role) and a referral request.
• Support renewals, upsells and additional placements, logging expansion and referral activity for measurement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client success or sales, preferably with remote or virtual teams.
• Strong communication skills in English and ability to work on U.S. Eastern Time from a LATAM location.
• Comfortable handling HR‑related tasks (PTO, overtime) and basic billing support.
• Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive expansion conversations.

• $1,300 USD base salary per month, plus performance‑based commission on expansions.
