Accounting Specialist – Latin America (Customer Support & Onboarding)

About the role

As a Customer Support & Onboarding Specialist – Accounting for Latin America, you will help hotel clients across the region unlock Cloudbeds' financial and accounting capabilities. You will work directly with accounting teams to configure charts of accounts, tax setups, revenue recognition, and e‑invoicing compliance, ensuring a smooth start for every property.

Key responsibilities

• Guide Latin American hotel clients through full accounting onboarding, including chart of accounts mapping, tax configuration, revenue recognition, reconciliation workflows and country‑specific e‑invoicing compliance (Mexico SAT/CFDI, Colombia DIAN, Chile SII, etc.).
• Support and configure integrations between Cloudbeds and third‑party accounting/ERP platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, M3 and regional Latin American systems.
• Troubleshoot accounting discrepancies, integration sync issues and configuration questions, providing hands‑on solutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support teams to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on accounting or bookkeeping experience in the hotel or hospitality industry.
• Proven experience configuring or supporting integrations between a hotel PMS and accounting/ERP software.
• Deep knowledge of fiscal and e‑invoicing requirements for at least one Latin American country and familiarity across the region.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus.
