About the role

Marcord Confecciones is seeking an organized and proactive Administrator to support the company’s administrative and financial operations. The role is essential for maintaining order and control across sales, production, and accounting departments within the textile sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in administrative and accounting processes.
• Record and control information in the Odoo ERP system.
• Prepare and manage administrative and financial reports using Excel.
• Coordinate with internal areas such as sales, production, and accounting.
• Support invoicing, document handling, and accounting records.
• Organize and monitor administrative workflows.
• Help manage and control internal operations.

Required profile

• Third‑year student or graduate in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting positions.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Professional personal presentation and strong oral/written communication.
• Ability to work in a team and interact with multiple departments.
• Highly organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
