Admissions & Enrollment Assistant

About the role

The Admissions & Enrollment Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students and families, guiding them through the inquiry and enrollment process and ensuring a welcoming experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, messaging platforms, and in‑person.
• Provide accurate information on programs, schedules, tuition, and admission requirements.
• Follow up with prospects to convert inquiries into enrollments.
• Coordinate admissions paperwork and maintain organized student records.
• Support recruitment initiatives, information sessions, and Open House events.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service‑oriented approach.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude toward follow‑up and enrollment goals.
• Experience in customer service, admissions, or administrative support.
• Fluency in Spanish and English for a bilingual environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Comfort using digital communication tools, spreadsheets, and databases.
