About the role

We are seeking a passionate Adventure Travel Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this role you will help clients transform their travel dreams into unforgettable journeys, providing end‑to‑end support from inquiry to post‑trip follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients via email, chat and phone to capture travel preferences, budgets and timelines.
• Book and confirm itineraries, ensuring accuracy and enthusiasm throughout the process.
• Resolve issues quickly, turning concerns into positive outcomes and guaranteeing smooth travel experiences.
• Analyze client feedback to identify trends and improve service personalization.
• Optimize response workflows to reduce delays and boost satisfaction scores.
• Maintain post‑booking relationships, offering support before, during and after each trip.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service mindset with empathy and a genuine smile.
• Passion for travel, adventure and curiosity about the world.
• Comfort using technology and AI tools (training provided).
