About the role

This position supports the operational side of a humanitarian programme that assists vulnerable children worldwide. The agent ensures accurate data entry, timely delivery of resources, and proper management of fleet and inventory within the assigned zone.

Key responsibilities

• Enter participation and monitoring data for children in the zone into the Horizon system.
• Guarantee the delivery process of goods and services to registered children, meeting sponsorship standards for timeliness and quality.
• Manage the fleet assigned to the zone, ensuring compliance with organisational policies and coordinating maintenance with the Fleet Supervisor and Zone Coordinator.
• Control fixed‑asset inventory in close coordination with the Fixed‑Asset Administrator, ensuring adherence to asset‑handling protocols.
• Record and safeguard the distribution of goods and resources to beneficiaries according to organisational accountability guidelines.

• Good coordination skills to work with supervisors, coordinators, and asset managers.
