Agente NOC – Monitoreo 24/7 (Presencial)

About the role

The Monitoring Agent (NOC Agent) will work on‑site in El Salvador, providing 24/7 surveillance of client platforms to detect abnormal behavior, supply data for decision‑making, and trigger incident management processes through timely notifications and escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Log calls in the ticket‑management tool.
• Activate critical incident processes.
• Consolidate information from various resolution groups to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• At least one year of professional practice in a technology department.
• Technical secondary education in Electronics or Computing (diploma) or a university degree obtained within the last year.
• Technical knowledge of Windows, iOS, Android operating systems, client‑server platforms, Office 365, network infrastructure, Active Directory, and antivirus console administration.
• Desirable: ITIL Foundations knowledge or certification, technical English.
• Own transportation with a valid driver’s license.
• Availability for rotating 24/7 schedule, including night shifts, weekends and holidays.
