AI Developer

About the role

RSM is seeking an AI Developer to join its professional services team. You will work on translating business and technical requirements into robust application designs, while contributing to the development of intelligent solutions for our global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into detailed application designs and configurations.
• Develop and enhance internally built applications and configure commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) platforms.
• Lead development tasks across the full lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and post‑release support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application defects and performance issues.
• Review and provide feedback on the work of junior developers.
• Recommend improvements to development standards, tools, and practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• 3–6 years of progressive application development experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications and integrating with upstream/downstream systems.
• Advanced application development, technical design, independent execution, coaching, and analytical thinking competencies.
