AI Full-stack Engineer (Next.js + Python) – Remote

About the role

Join BairesDev as an AI Full‑stack Engineer to own the frontend of a streaming chat and analytics application, working within an established design system and collaborating closely with design on generative UI concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the frontend surface of a streaming chat and analytics app using React, Next.js and TypeScript.
• Build reusable components and hooks, ensuring pixel‑perfect UI and accessibility.
• Prototype generative UI concepts alongside the design team.
• Extend Python backend services when new frontend features require them.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience with React and Next.js (8+ years for lead scope).
• 2+ years building AI/LLM‑driven applications.
• 2+ years of Python development (4+ years backend for lead scope).
• Strong attention to UI detail, pixel accuracy and design fidelity.
• Experience with AWS and ability to work PST hours.
