AI Recruitment Analyst III – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Recruiting Analyst to support our global recruitment efforts. This full‑time remote position will help ensure a smooth candidate journey from application through onboarding while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Screen online application forms and candidate profiles to assess suitability for various roles.
• Manage applicant questionnaires, daily candidate correspondence, and maintain accurate candidate data in our systems.
• Track and update candidate information, contribute to process improvements, and assist with recruitment metrics reporting.
• Partner with recruitment teams and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and support employer branding.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year (internal) or 1.5 years (external) experience in sourcing, recruitment, administration or coordination.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Psychology, Education, Languages, Management, HR or Business Administration.
• Professional English proficiency (B2 high); multilingual abilities are a strong plus.
• Strong cross‑cultural communication and customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Intermediate Excel skills (assessment required).
• Proficiency with Google G‑Suite.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and case‑management tools.
• Familiarity with professional social‑media channels for recruitment.
