About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Airline Sales and Service Agent to deliver exceptional customer support for a leading airline. You will handle passenger inquiries, reservations, and travel disruptions, ensuring a smooth travel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support via phone, email, and chat for flight reservations, cancellations, baggage policies, and general inquiries.
• Assist passengers with rebooking, refunds, and travel disruptions while maintaining a positive experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airport staff, and airline representatives to resolve concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and process documentation according to airline policies.
• Stay updated on airline policies, regulations, and travel restrictions to provide accurate information.
• Handle escalations professionally to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Uphold safety, security, and service standards in line with airline regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations professionally.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
