About the role

The Temporary Talent Acquisition Analyst will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for positions across all functional areas of the corporation. Working under established guidelines and client requirements, the analyst ensures timely coverage of vacant roles while maintaining quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition for positions at various levels, including candidate screening, psychometric testing, and preparation of comparative candidate reports.
• Publish job openings on internal and external job boards, capturing curricula to expand the candidate database.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, arrange medical and risk assessments, and manage technical tests and assessments for candidates.
• Analyze data from job boards, referral programs, and peripheral HR systems to support informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruitment and selection processes.
• Ability to conduct candidate filtering, psychometric evaluations, and generate comparative reports.
• Strong organizational skills for coordinating interviews, assessments, and medical evaluations.
• Analytical mindset to interpret data from job portals and referral programs.
