Analista de Crédito – Gestión de Cobros y Facturación

About the role

Axalta is looking for a Credit Analyst to support its sales and finance teams. The analyst will manage billing authorizations, invoice processing, and collection activities while ensuring accurate documentation and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Authorize billing in the system, create and archive supporting notes and documents.
• Organize invoices by salesperson and client, and deliver them to sales staff for collection.
• Conduct credit bureau research, verify references by phone, and file all related documentation.
• Generate monthly reports on high‑delinquency customers, detailing billed amounts and payments received.
• Accompany sales representatives on client visits to reconcile balances and pursue collections.
• Contact customers with overdue accounts to arrange payments and explain credit conditions.
• Assist sales staff in collecting checks when they are unavailable.

Required profile

• Accounting student (at least first year of study).
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in similar credit or collections roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
