Analista de Inventarios y Logística – Nejapa, El Salvador

About the role

We are looking for an Inventory and Logistics Analyst to join a leading food and beverage company in Nejapa, El Salvador. The role focuses on managing inventory, processing orders, and coordinating logistics to ensure accurate billing, timely delivery, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Review and manage customer orders, verifying inventory availability and ensuring proper product supply.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the product portfolio and validate inventory data in the internal system.
• Generate and track orders to guarantee correct preparation and dispatch.
• Ensure billing information matches client requirements and processed orders.
• Coordinate with carriers to minimize delivery errors and oversee delivery performance.
• Prepare delivery reports, performance indicators (KPIs), and billing summaries.
• Provide post‑sale customer service, handling complaints and delivery‑related incidents.
• Monitor compliance with established logistics processes.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, inventory, warehouse or supply‑chain roles.
• Experience in mass‑consumer, food & beverage, chemicals or related sectors is a plus.
• University degree or ongoing studies in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or related fields.
• Availability to work onsite in Nejapa, El Salvador.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
