Analista de Reclamos Auto

About the role

The Auto Claims Analyst will manage, analyze, and adjust automotive insurance claims in a fair and equitable manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and delivering excellent service to customers and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and evaluate automotive claims submitted to the insurer.
• Analyze each case, prepare detailed adjustment reports, and submit them for approval.
• Execute claim payments to insured parties or other beneficiaries as appropriate.
• Close and finalize claim processes in the Acsel system.
• Monitor assigned cases, update reserves, and ensure documentation is current before month‑end.
• Maintain physical and virtual claim files.
• Respond to inquiries from agents, brokers, clients, or other stakeholders when required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative, insurance, customer service, technical or commercial roles, or similar claims‑adjustment positions.
• Experience in customer service.
• Knowledge of automotive mechanics.
• Understanding of insurance principles.
