About the role

The Personal Selection Analyst is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment and selection process across all functional areas of the corporation. The role ensures that vacancies are filled on time, in line with corporate policies and client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Execute talent acquisition for positions at various levels, including candidate screening, psychometric testing, and comparative reporting.
• Publish job openings on internal and external job boards to expand the candidate database.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers, medical examinations, risk assessments, and technical tests.
• Analyze data from job portals, referral programs, and auxiliary systems to support decision‑making.
• Guarantee coverage of vacant positions within established timelines and compliance with defined requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate progress throughout the selection process.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and corporate hiring policies.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills for coordinating with hiring managers and external providers.
