About the role
We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Analyst to support our operations in the western region of the country. The role focuses on attracting talent, managing candidate experiences, and ensuring timely coverage of operational vacancies.
Key responsibilities
- Execute recruitment and selection processes for operational positions.
- Implement talent‑attraction strategies to guarantee timely vacancy coverage.
- Coordinate interviews and provide continuous follow‑up with candidates throughout the hiring cycle.
Required profile
- Graduate in Psychology or Business Administration.
- At least 1 year of experience in mass recruitment.
- Residence in Lourdes or Santa Ana and willingness to travel across Lourdes, Santa Ana, Sonsonate, Acajutla and Ahuachapán.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational ability to manage multiple selection processes simultaneously.
- Proactive, results‑oriented and a team player.
