Analista de Venta de Cartera y Reporte

About the role

Banco Davivienda is looking for a Portfolio Sales and Reporting Analyst to transform large data sets into strategic insights that drive better collection decisions. You will support the Collections Management team by building automated dashboards, monitoring key performance indicators, and proposing data‑driven process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and automate dashboards and management indicators using Power BI.
• Analyze and consolidate large volumes of data from SQL Server, GCP and other sources.
• Monitor productivity of collection channels and effectiveness of strategic campaigns.
• Identify and propose process improvements through data analysis and automation.
• Coordinate with Risk, Operations, Legal and portfolio‑buying entities to ensure efficient management.

Required profile

• Student or graduate in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and automation.
• Proficiency with Power BI, SQL Server and advanced Excel.
• Analytical mindset, result orientation and proactive attitude.
