Analista Jurídico y de Cumplimiento - Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal and Compliance Analyst to join our fintech team focused on digital assets. This position offers a young professional the chance to move beyond traditional legal tasks and gain hands‑on experience in corporate law, regulation, AML, data protection and emerging digital‑asset services.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documentation for digital asset issuances.
• Monitor and fulfill regulatory obligations with relevant authorities.
• Review contracts with suppliers and partners from a legal perspective.
• Provide legal support on anti‑money‑laundering (AML/CFT) and personal data protection matters.
• Update internal policies in line with regulatory changes.
• Conduct legal reviews of documentation prior to certification processes.
• Collaborate closely with finance, operations and compliance teams to ensure an integrated business view.
• Interact directly with senior management and progressively take on greater responsibilities.

Required profile

• Law degree and a license to practice law in El Salvador.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in legal, compliance, corporate, financial or regulatory areas.
• Strong interest in corporate law, fintech, digital assets and compliance.
• Excellent legal analysis and drafting abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and capable of handling confidential information.
• Self‑motivated learner able to work autonomously.
• Intermediate to advanced English is a plus.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AML/CFT regulations (AML certification desirable).
• Understanding of data‑protection regulations.
