Analyst, IT Procurement

About the role

The IT Procurement Analyst supports the Global IT Procurement team in sourcing, contracting, and procuring IT hardware, software, and services. This role ensures efficient procurement operations while driving strategic sourcing initiatives and cost reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT procurement requests submitted through the Service Catalog.
• Lead RFQs and RFPs from initiation to vendor selection and evaluate suppliers.
• Interface with vendors to obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and maintain relationships.
• Collaborate with Legal and Information Security on contracts and vendor risk.
• Analyze procurement data to identify cost‑saving opportunities and support cost control initiatives.
• Maintain IT contract inventory and ensure compliance with internal processes.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field.
• 3–5 years of procurement experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Experience managing RFQs/RFPs.
• Knowledge of contract lifecycle.
• ERP systems knowledge (JD Edwards is an asset).
