Appointment Setter – U.S. Clients (Los Angeles Hours)

About the role

Boogie Team, based in Los Angeles, connects remote professionals with U.S. businesses and is recruiting experienced appointment setters / cold callers to support home improvement and home services clients. This is a remote role for people living in El Salvador who must work during the agreed U.S. Pacific Time / Los Angeles schedule, including daylight-saving changes. No relocation is required.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound inquiries and estimates.
• Qualify customer needs and book qualified appointments for client sales teams.
• Explain services clearly, handle objections professionally and follow through on next steps.
• Keep accurate CRM notes, call outcomes, appointments and follow-up records.
• Work toward agreed call-quality and appointment-setting targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English and clear, natural communication on U.S. customer calls.
• Previous appointment-setting, cold-calling, telemarketing or phone-sales experience.
• Availability during the agreed Pacific Time shift.
• A reliable computer, internet connection, headset and quiet workspace.
• Home improvement or home services experience is preferred; Spanish is useful for bilingual assignments.

Required skills

• Confidence using CRM systems, dialers and online calendars.

Compensation

• $5-$7 USD per hour, depending on experience and assignment; no commission or bonus is promised.
