About the role
LeónSol, a firm with over 45 years of experience in high‑complexity architecture and real‑estate development, is looking for a Junior Architect to join its planning team. The role supports technical development and project management for urban and real‑estate projects, ensuring precision and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update technical drawings and plans.
- Coordinate with specialists and consultants.
- Track and manage permits and procedures with governmental bodies.
- Organise project information and generate reports.
Required profile
- Graduate or degree holder in Architecture.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles or plan drawing.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, eager to learn and work in a team.
Required skills
- Advanced AutoCAD.
- Basic Civil (software/knowledge).
- Intermediate Revit.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- MS Project.
