About the role

We are looking for a B2B Commercial Advisor to join Color 360 in San Salvador. The role focuses on driving B2B sales, prospecting new business opportunities, and connecting brands with our advertising and graphic product solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with marketing and production teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential corporate clients in target markets.
• Conduct B2B sales presentations and negotiate contracts for digital printing, large‑format, signage and other graphic products.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and provide after‑sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of proven B2B sales experience.
• Previous experience in the advertising, digital printing, large‑format or graphic products sector.
• Strong results orientation and ability to meet sales goals.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage a sales pipeline.
