About the role
The Tele‑sales Advisor will manage sales opportunities through phone calls, provide product advice to customers, follow up on quotations, and help achieve the company’s commercial targets.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to generate and close business.
- Provide accurate product information and consultative advice to prospects.
- Track and follow up on quotations until closure.
- Maintain sales metrics and meet assigned targets.
- Update client interactions in the CRM system and ensure data quality.
Required profile
- Proven experience in tele‑sales, phone sales, telemarketing or internal sales.
- Track record of working with sales targets and performance indicators.
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer‑focused, results‑driven, proactive and well‑organized.
- Experience with technical, industrial or HVAC‑R products is a plus.
