About the role

ACCapital, a digital savings and credit cooperative, is expanding its sales team in El Salvador. As an Asesor Comercial you will be the face of the cooperative, connecting with clients, promoting financial products, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Engage prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Build trust quickly and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Present and sell ACCapital’s financial services, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Provide accurate information about products, fees, and benefits.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Report sales activity and client feedback to management.
