About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Advisor to promote and sell technology products in kiosks located within shopping centers in the Santa Ana metropolitan area. The role combines front‑line sales, device activation, inventory management, and cash handling to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers and sell mobile devices, audio‑video equipment, and white‑goods.
• Execute the monthly sales plan and achieve targets.
• Perform daily cash closing and ensure accuracy of cash transactions.
• Prepare daily sales and cash‑report summaries.
• Request and manage inventory to maintain product availability.
• Provide high‑quality post‑sale support and service.

Required profile

• Minimum high‑school diploma; university studies are a plus.
• At least 2 years proven sales experience in retail chains, preferably with electronic or technology products.
• Experience handling cash registers and inventory.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and good personal presentation.
• Own a motorcycle or vehicle, or have easy mobility in the area.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
