About the role

The Construction Sales Advisor will identify business opportunities, advise clients on products and solutions for construction projects, and close sales effectively. The role combines field visits, budget preparation, and close coordination with technical and logistics teams to ensure material availability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Visit construction sites, prepare quotations, and follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Advise clients on product selection, technical solutions, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with technical and logistics teams to guarantee material availability.
• Participate in commercial actions, promotions, and internal training on new products and sector regulations.

Required profile

• Strong commercial aptitude with proven sales experience in construction or building‑materials.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with diverse clients and internal teams.
• Ability to deliver high‑quality customer service, manage complaints, and build long‑term relationships.
• Experience in training customers and internal teams on technical solutions and best practices.
• Basic ability to read construction plans and understand building systems.
• Highly organized, autonomous, and able to prioritize tasks while working both in the field and in‑store.
