About the role

We are looking for a passionate sales professional to join our Commercial and Admissions team in El Salvador. The role involves attracting, advising and supporting prospective students throughout the entire enrollment journey for our academic programs.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and timely follow‑up assigned prospects.
• Provide accurate, up‑to‑date information about the university’s academic offerings.
• Guide prospects through the enrollment process and conduct post‑sale follow‑up to ensure activation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records in the CRM system.
• Achieve the monthly enrollment targets set by management.
• Promote the institution’s offerings with full transparency and in line with ethical guidelines.

Required profile

• High school diploma; university studies in progress or completed are desirable.
• Minimum three years of experience in sales, customer service or telemarketing; experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
