About the role

The Technical Commercial Advisor for the Industrial line will develop and manage commercial relationships with industrial clients, providing specialized technical advice on cleaning and sanitisation solutions tailored to their processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial segment.
• Conduct commercial and technical visits to current and potential customers to assess needs and improvement opportunities.
• Analyze clients' cleaning and sanitisation processes and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
• Perform product demonstrations and support customers during implementation of new solutions.
• Advise on correct application, dosage and usage of industrial‑line products.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and technical recommendations.
• Follow up quotations, product trials and commercial opportunities until the sale is closed.
• Manage the customer portfolio, identifying cross‑selling, consumption growth and product line expansion opportunities.
• Provide post‑sale support, resolve queries and detect new commercial opportunities.
• Train customers and operational staff on proper product use and best cleaning practices.
• Monitor product consumption and performance, proposing adjustments when necessary.
• Collect market information, competitor behavior and opportunities for new product development.

Required profile

• Technical knowledge of cleaning and sanitisation processes for industrial applications.
• Experience in B2B sales to sectors such as food processing, dairy, beverage, hospitality and related industries.
• Ability to travel for client visits and field activities.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
