About the role

The Technical Advisor for Baking and Pastry will support the development of the industrial flour and premix market by providing client knowledge, prospecting, training, and business advisory. The role aims to help achieve sales targets in the assigned region and to develop customers according to their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients of any size on the proper use of flours for bakery products, including pricing and margin setting.
• Train client staff and internal technical teams on production processes that involve flours.
• Promote the creation of new, trend‑driven products through training programs, especially for industrial customers.
• Resolve technical issues in bakery production caused by incorrect flour use or equipment, both artisanal and industrial.
• Design and develop products and services tailored to client needs, ensuring testing and preparation of implementation materials.
• Maintain follow‑up and ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct scheduled trainings across all platforms at training or production centers.
• Guarantee quality standards, BPM compliance, and food safety in promotional facilities.
• Prepare reports and analyses so clients can interpret technical characteristics of our flours or competitors (performance, absorption, fermentation, shelf life).

Required profile

• Completed high school (mandatory).
• Relevant university studies (technical in baking, pastry, gastronomy, or food engineering) – desirable.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar positions with knowledge of flours, premixes, and bakery/pastry processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office (mandatory).
• Strong communication and mass‑facilitation abilities.
• Own vehicle and a valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Willingness to travel nationwide.
