About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Advisor to join our Beauty Spot team in San Salvador. The role involves engaging customers through phone, WhatsApp and in‑person visits, promoting our beauty products and driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and advise customers via calls, WhatsApp messages and on‑site visits.
• Follow up on leads and existing customers to generate new sales opportunities.
• Promote product ranges, special offers and brand updates.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, tele‑sales or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets.
• Own a reliable vehicle and be available for immediate start.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp for business communication.
• Experience using CRM systems and other digital sales tools.
