Asistente Ejecutiva de Ventas y Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Executive Assistant for Sales and Marketing to support our commercial and communication initiatives. The role splits time between executing marketing campaigns and visiting sales channels across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing and communication campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Create content and manage the company’s social‑media channels.
• Coordinate with the commercial team to follow up on promotional actions.
• Support market‑research studies and keep customer databases up to date.
• Maintain close contact with the promotion team to align messages and identify improvement opportunities.
• Visit commercial channels in the central, eastern and western zones to measure coverage, strengths and areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
• Interest or experience in customer service and campaign support focused on customer satisfaction.
• Background in marketing, communications, business administration or related fields; prior experience in a marketing department is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, organization, attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet action‑plan deadlines and achieve targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using social‑media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Familiarity with content‑management systems.
• Competence in spreadsheet handling and basic data analysis.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (preferred).
