About the role
The Assembly Manager leads PGS360's assembly department, overseeing planning and estimating teams to ensure successful project delivery and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the planning and estimating team, providing direction, support and accountability.
- Run regular cost reports, compare actual costs to estimates, identify gaps and take corrective action.
- Communicate project status, costs, risks and performance to leadership, sharing recommendations and escalating issues early.
- Develop and implement process improvements, defining clear roles, workflows and standards for scalable operations.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading and developing teams in assembly, production or warehouse operations.
- Experience with cost reporting and managing profitability.
- Track record of improving processes and team structures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with leadership.
- Valid U.S. visa and availability to travel to PGS360 sites.
