Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Temporary)

About the role

The Associate Regulatory Compliance Analyst supports the Compliance Customer Oversight team by conducting customer risk assessments, performing periodic KYC/KYB reviews, and contributing to risk‑related projects. This temporary position works closely with business partners to ensure compliance standards are met and processes are continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct “Know Your Business” (KYB) and “Know Your Customer” (KYC) periodic reviews in line with anti‑money‑laundering regulations.
• Verify customer information using reliable independent sources and ensure adherence to established standards.
• Serve as part of the second line of defense, leading follow‑up with internal teams and overseeing partner onboarding compliance.
• Support customer‑risk projects, maintain departmental documentation, and drive process improvements.
• Prepare and deliver reporting across various platforms to meet business and compliance objectives.
• Identify opportunities to streamline compliance workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Apply data analysis, transactional review, and higher‑risk due diligence to support investigations and decision‑making.
• Assist with additional departmental and compliance initiatives as assigned.
