About the role
The Quality Assistant ensures that external customers receive accurate Quality Certificates for the company’s products, following the specifications and parameters defined in the Quality Management System. The role works on a rotating shift schedule to meet the operational needs of the business.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue quality certificates that enable product export.
- Create technical information packages attached to the certificates, according to customer requirements.
- Support the preparation of certificates for subsidiary companies.
- Work in rotating shifts as required by the organization.
Required profile
- Complete high‑school education (Bachiller).
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar quality‑related position.
- Immediate availability.
Required skills
- Proficiency in SAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
