About the role
We are looking for a motivated Bakery Assistant to join our production team. The role involves supporting daily bakery operations, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a clean work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in mixing, shaping, and baking bread and pastry products.
- Monitor production schedules and help meet output targets.
- Maintain hygiene standards, clean equipment, and organize workstations.
- Support inventory management by receiving and storing raw materials.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve workflow efficiency.
Required profile
- Must be over 18 years of age.
- Open to any gender.
- Previous experience in any production area or a strong desire to learn bakery processes.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
