About the role

The Warehouse Assistant will support daily operations in a busy warehouse environment, ensuring orders are prepared, packed, and dispatched correctly while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key responsibilities

• Receive documentation and correctly prepare and pack orders for shipment.
• Hand over products to transporters or customers in good condition.
• Conduct physical inventory counts to maintain accurate stock control.
• Keep the warehouse tidy and orderly to streamline processes.
• Load export shipments and unload import shipments efficiently, placing items in their designated locations within the required time frame.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 months experience in similar warehouse or logistics roles.
• General high school diploma or technical high school education (industrial or commercial).
• Ability to work a 44‑hour weekly schedule and comply with legal labor benefits.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of warehouse documentation and order processing.
• Ability to perform manual handling and operate basic warehouse equipment.
• Attention to detail for inventory counting and product handling.
