About the role

The Operations Assistant supports daily logistical activities, ensuring that storage, transfer, and order preparation are carried out efficiently and in line with company guidelines. This role is essential for maintaining smooth workflows that serve the sales force and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute operational tasks aligned with the department’s strategy to meet performance indicators.
• Meet loading and unloading schedules for containers based on product type specifications.
• Review import and export documentation to ensure legal compliance.
• Follow up on commercial orders to satisfy external client service requirements.
• Organize physical inventory by expiration dates to keep the product rotation KPI up‑to‑date.
• Verify weight, details, and quantities of products loaded onto vans for prioritized deliveries.
• Monitor temperature logs in storage chambers to guarantee product traceability.
• Control inventory of baskets in the plant and in transit, reporting shortages or excesses.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar operational or logistics role.
