About the role

The Operations Assistant (temporary) supports the department’s daily operational activities, ensuring smooth handling of storage, transportation, and order preparation in line with company guidelines and sales force requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Execute loading and unloading of containers according to product type and schedule to maintain service chain timelines.
• Review import and export documentation to guarantee legal compliance.
• Track commercial orders and coordinate with the sales area to meet external client service needs.
• Organize physical inventory by expiration dates, updating KPI “Product Rotation” for timely replenishment.
• Verify weight, details, and quantities of products loaded onto trucks to ensure accurate deliveries based on priority routes and customers.
• Monitor temperature logs for storage chambers to maintain product traceability and prevent loss.
• Control inventory of baskets in plant and in transit, reporting shortages and excesses.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and product sorting by date.

Required profile

• Secondary education (High School) completed.
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar operational or logistics role.
