About the role

The Sales Assistant is responsible for loading products onto secondary distribution vehicles, following route documentation and priority schedules to ensure complete loads and timely departures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive products from the primary supply driver to initiate the loading process for secondary trucks.
• Load products onto secondary distribution trucks according to documented priorities, accelerating vehicle dispatch.
• Move trucks between the loading zone and staging areas to meet loading priorities.
• Report any issues encountered during loading to the logistics supervisor for immediate resolution.
• Inspect incoming products and reject any that do not meet quality standards before dispatch.
• Temporarily adjust loading schedules and reject damaged goods as needed to maintain service reliability.

Required profile

• High school diploma (Diversified/Bachiller).
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar loading or logistics role.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows, email and internet tools.
• Valid light‑vehicle driving license held for at least six months.
