Ayudante Visor

About the role

The Ayudante Visor ensures that orders and products loaded onto primary and secondary supply vehicles match the accompanying documentation and safety devices, guaranteeing delivery according to specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Receive products from Operations based on shipping documentation to confirm correct delivery.
• Coordinate product placement inside vehicles to respect delivery priorities.
• Install safety devices in containers after loading to secure the cargo.
• Organise loading of secondary distribution trucks according to defined priorities and client requirements.
• Prepare daily operational reports summarising shift activities.
• Notify the primary supply logistics supervisor of any issues promptly.
• Adjust loading schedules and secondary route plans temporarily when needed.
• Reject damaged products identified during loading.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Diversificado/Bachiller).
• 0‑2 years of experience in a similar logistics or supply role.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows OS, email and internet tools.
• Valid light‑vehicle driving licence held for at least six months.
