B2B Appointment Setter – Sales Support

About the role

We’re looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and support a B2B sales operation focused on helping customers find solutions for their moving and utility needs. This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience engaging with customers and qualifying opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Contact and engage potential customers through assigned leads and referrals.
• Identify customer needs and determine the appropriate solution or next step.
• Qualify opportunities and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain accurate customer information.
• Build rapport and provide a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
• Work toward individual and team sales/activity goals.
• Document interactions and follow-ups accurately in the appropriate systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve conversion and appointment‑setting results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or a related commercial role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and qualify opportunities.
• Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics.
• Strong follow‑up and organizational skills.
• Customer‑focused and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a sales team.
