B2B Marketing Assistant

About the role

AB POS is seeking a B2B Marketing Assistant to join its team in Santa Tecla. The role supports marketing, content, communication, sales materials, campaign execution, and brand positioning for a technology company serving restaurants and retail businesses in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Create marketing content for LinkedIn, email, website, blogs, and sales materials.
• Communicate the value of POS, payment, and business solutions clearly.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, lead generation, and brand awareness initiatives.
• Coordinate with design, sales, support, and operations teams to gather information and execute projects.
• Review and organize content, presentations, documents, and marketing materials.
• Support planning and execution of B2B‑focused social media content.
• Track basic marketing results, campaign performance, and lead‑related information.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and content ideas for the U.S. restaurant and retail market.
• Maintain clear communication and follow‑up on assigned marketing tasks.

Required profile

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Previous experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or related roles.
• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Understanding of social media, content, and digital marketing basics.
• Organized, proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
• Ability to understand products and explain their value clearly.
• Interest in technology, B2B marketing, POS, fintech, payments, or business solutions.
• Professional attitude toward feedback and teamwork.
