Bilingual Advisor & Data Processor (On-site)

About the role

Remote Solutions is seeking a bilingual professional to join its on‑site team in Antiguo Cuscatlán, La Libertad. You will act as the first point of contact for patients, handling high‑volume inbound calls in both English and Spanish while ensuring accurate data processing and appointment coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Answer 60–70 inbound calls daily in English and Spanish, providing courteous, patient‑focused service.
• Enter and maintain patient information and medical data with high accuracy.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating medical visits.
• Communicate effectively with U.S.-based clinical staff to relay patient needs.
• Uphold confidentiality standards and comply with healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency (minimum 85%).
• Previous experience in an English‑speaking call‑center environment.
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑centered mindset.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or current university student (preferred).
• Residency in San Salvador or La Libertad, or reliable transportation to the workplace.
